Hi love,
Let’s get one thing straight:
Your workout is not a punishment for what you ate.
It’s not something you have to “earn.”
And it’s definitely not a consequence for enjoying your life.
Somewhere along the way, exercise got tangled up with guilt.
Blame diet culture. Blame social media. Blame that one toxic coach you had in high school.
But here’s the truth:
✨ Movement is not about fixing yourself. It’s about loving yourself. ✨
At BE WELL WITH BRITT, movement is a form of mental wellness, not self-judgment.
It’s how we reset, release, and reconnect.
Move Because You Love Yourself—Not Because You’re Trying to Shrink Yourself 💫
I’ve had the honor of working with over 15,000 girls through BE WELL events. And time and time again, I hear the same thing:
“I used to work out because I hated my body. Now I move because I love it.”
That shift changes everything.
You don’t have to burn 500 calories to be proud of yourself.
You don’t have to push harder just to feel worthy.
You don’t need to “make up” for anything.
Your body is not a problem to be solved.
Your workout should be a celebration—not a sentence.
Try This Mindset Shift 🧠
Instead of:
👉 “I have to work out today.”
Say:
👉 “I get to move my body today.”
It changes everything.
That one reframe can take your movement from pressure to privilege.
Whether it’s a walk outside, a gentle mat Pilates session, dancing in your room, or stretching in silence—it all counts.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present.
Recovery Is Part of the Workout 🔁💧
Let’s not forget: your body builds strength during recovery—not during the workout itself.
True wellness is a cycle of exertion and restoration. If you’re constantly “going hard” without slowing down, you’re missing one of the most important pieces of your fitness journey.
Here’s how I love to support my recovery:
🌿 Rest without guilt. Your nervous system needs it.
🔥 Infrared sauna sessions to detox and recharge.
💧 Hydration (and lots of it!)
💊 LivOn Labs vitamins—especially Lypo-Spheric® Vitamin C and Glutathione—to support immune health, cellular recovery, and collagen production.
I always tell the girls I work with: if you’re showing up for your workout, show up for your recovery, too.
You don’t need to “push through” everything. Sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is slow down, refuel, and trust your body to rebuild.
Wellness ≠ Burnout ❤️🔥
Let’s set the record straight:
💌 Movement is medicine for stress, anxiety, and burnout
💌 Rest is productive — not a weakness
💌 You don’t need to earn food, rest, or self-care
💌 You are worthy just by being here
If no one told you today: You’re doing enough. You are enough.
Journal Prompts 📝
Grab your notebook and reflect:
What kind of movement brings me joy—not stress?
How does my body feel when I move from a place of self-love?
What would it look like to release the pressure and move just to feel good?
You Are Not a Project to Fix. You Are a Person to Love 🤍
You don’t need to change your body to love it.
You get to love your body as it is—strong, soft, sore, healing, messy, radiant.
Let your next workout be a gift to yourself, not a punishment.
Let it be about how you feel—not how you look.
You’re already whole.
With you always,
💗 Britt
