Why Setting Intentions Can Transform Your Fitness Journey

I wanted to chat about something that came up for me during my run in the gym this morning and share a tool that has been powerful for me while working out…MANIFESTING & VISUALIZATION!
Manifestation is often talked about in relation to achieving dreams, meeting goals, or finding a path to personal happiness. But what if I told you that the gym (or wherever you break a sweat) is the perfect place to harness that power? When it comes to pushing through tough sets, hitting a personal best, or even finding the energy to start a workout, manifestation can be the mental edge that makes all the difference.
Why Manifestation Matters During a Workout
When we work out, our body and mind connect in a way that few other activities allow. We become highly aware of our limits, physically and mentally. It’s in these intense, demanding moments that our minds can focus with a clarity that is hard to find elsewhere. I find that repeating mantras or mentally visualizing my goals helps me stay grounded and push beyond what I thought possible. These mantras don’t even have to be related to the workout (although for me, a lot of times they are metaphorical)
